I work in labor relations, collective bargaining, employee relations, and dispute resolution, with a focus on public-sector employment.
I have spent my career working with collective bargaining agreements — negotiating them, interpreting them, administering them, and resolving disputes about what they mean. That work has shaped how I think about labor relations: words matter, process matters, credibility matters, and relationships matter even when the parties disagree.
I value collective bargaining as a practical and durable process for addressing workplace issues. At its best, bargaining creates space for meaningful dialogue, disciplined problem-solving, and agreements that both reflect the parties’ interests and can be administered consistently over time.
